Here are responsibilities:

  • Initial contact for our guests & visitors, taking responsibility for the access of the guests

  • Booking and preparing meetings and meeting rooms

  • Supporting and organizing visits of 3rd party (e.g. notaries, lawyers, vendors…)
  • Processing company mail and organizing couriers
  • Monitoring and restocking of office supplies
  • Preparation of smoothies and fresh juices for our colleagues
  • Taking care of coffee machines

We don't need that much from the perfect candidate:

  • You can be university student with availability 20 hours per week

  • Good Communication Skills

  • Service-oriented, friendly and helpful
  • Very organised
  • Self driven
  • Problem solver
  • Able to watch over several running processes
  • Previous experience would be an asset but not a must.
